I can’t add payment method from Elementor Pro

I’m trying to renew my Elementor Pro, but I can’t add a new payment method. I tried to log in through https://my.elementor.com/store/checkout/ and it doesn’t load to add card information. I’ve already contacted support and I can’t resolve the issue, and I haven’t left any other solutions to test. I would like to update my subscription.
