Human but failed to pass Recaptcha v3

    We use Recaptcha v3 to secure the Woocommerce checkout page, but sometimes customer cannot pay because they failed the invisible recaptcha challenge.

    Is there a solution for this? For example: if a user’s score is below the threshold, present them with a reCAPTCHA v2 challenge?

    No, unfortunately that’s not possible. The libraries are very different — they use different scripts and keys. Only one library can be connected at a time.
    As an alternative, you can either lower the score value (please note that this option is not available in all versions), or simply use reCAPTCHA v2 all the time.
