Hi @briannie,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that the warning you received is a false positive. Our website is completely safe to use, and we have thoroughly verified its security.
We’ve already contacted the provider responsible for the warning and requested them to remove our website from their list as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can access https://admin.trustindex.io/ by adding it to your trusted sites list in your provider’s settings.
We appreciate your patience while this gets resolved.
Also, by ‘not connecting’ do you mean not being able to access the website (because of the false positive warning from Norton), or do you experience issues with the Google plugin connection? Please let me know so we can help you further.
Kind regards,
Viktoria

Viktoria – even if I paste https://admin.trustindex.io/ into my browser I still get the warning and there is no way past it as far as I can see. There is no “proceed at your own risk” link. This is on all major browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Edge.
I’m uncertain as to who you refer to as my provider? I think the blockage is at Norton’s firewall and I’m not keen to make changes with that.
Hi @briannie ,
We’re not familiar with Norton’s system, but upon some research I found that you should be able to add Trustindex (https://admin.trustindex.io/) as an Exclusion within the software’s settings (if you check under Security or Browser Protection, it should be there).
I’d also like to mention that on Norton’s own URL inspection page, our website is rated safe, which you can check here. Nonetheless, I did reach out to them to submit your findings and to make sure our URLs are not present on any of their blacklists. Hopefully, they will sort it out swiftly.
Please let me know if I can assist you with anything else.
Kind regards,
Viktoria
