How to Remove Core Framework Components Panel

    How can we remove the Core Framework components panel in Gutenberg for users below the Editor role? For instance, it is shown by default for each user role. However, since they don’t have sufficient rights they get an error anyway, so how to remove it by default for specific user roles?
