You can use the Kadence Starter Templates plugin to import/export the theme settings. After activating the plugin, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Import/Export.

Than you for your assistance. I thought it kind unusual to have to install a template in order to save the style sheet and or css values.

You don’t need to import a template. You will just need to install our Kadence Starter Templates plugin to have the Import/Export option in the Customize settings.
We had this option added to the Kadence theme before. However, after WordPress.org’s review, we needed to remove it from the theme and add the option to our plugin instead.
