How to carousel slide # same on mobile as desktop?

    We have set up 10 slides on the carousel which shows up fine on the desktop but when we switch to the mobile view we only see three slides and also in the settings we have set the desktop to show arrows instead of dots and when we go look at them on mobile/phone view we still see the dots and only three slides or 3 dots.

    What are we missing in the settings here? Thanks
