Hi!! I want to hide the email template menu to all non admin users, so the shop manager, or an editor can’t edit, delete… any of my templates.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Our plugin does not have the function of hiding its template based on user’s role, I recommend you should try some plugin with that function instead. For example; this plugin can help the admin to hide menu according the role of users: https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-admin-menu/
