One week ago, I couldn’t update anything, from plug-ins, to even visualize my website. Please help!

We aren’t aware of any problems related to PHP versions 8.0 and higher. Could you please ask your hosting company to give us more details about the problem (relevant errors, etc.) so we can assist you?
Their response was:
“I completely understand your concern and currently php version 7.4 has been setup for your website.
Please check once with the plugin vendor or developer, and make the theme compatible with php version 8.0 and higher versions.
Because php version 7.4 is deprecated and no longer have the security support.”
They explained Hello theme wasn’t compatible with php 8.0 version or higher versions. They suggested to change the theme but the website is built based on the Hello theme, using Elementor. So this is not an option. How long will it take for the theme to be compatible with higher versions?

This is a general statement without specific details.
As I mentioned before, works really well with PHP versions 8.0 and up. It’s used on millions of different WordPress installations, including those with versions PHP 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3. If there’s a problem with compatibility, we’d love to know so we can fix it quickly. Please ask your hosting company to tell us exactly what the issue is.
