Can you set up your form in the form tester and share the link back here? https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester/
I suspect that you might have groups with the same name as a field in your form. All field names should be unique.

I checked the link and everything seems to be working fine..
This means there is no problem with your form but probably your theme or another plugin is causing a conflict. Can you follow this walktrough and get back to me? https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/docs/troubleshooting/does-not-work-with-a-third-party-theme-or-plugin/

Everyrthing works fine because I installed a previous version of the plugin.
You have duplicate field names. This is not allowed: All field names should be unique.
Since version 2.4 this rule is enforced. Prior to 2.4 it was possible to add duplicate names, but this was never intended end leads to buggy behaviour
