I inherited a website that uses Ninja Forms. I was trying to make a simple change (updating the “From” email) within one of the forms, but it wasn’t saving so I requested help from the support team. I received an email reply within 12 hours stating that an SMTP plugin was overriding the Ninja Form “From.” I was able to make the change in the other plugin, which solved the problem.
