Great plugin for developer bloggers

I am a developer who runs his own consulting gig. I try to blog frequently to please the SEO gods and to showcase my skills. I was looking for a plugin that I could use that would allow me to embed code into a blog post since WordPress likes to mess with inserted code.

I found this plugin which works perfectly for my needs. And because there is a nicely appointed code editor and not just a text editor I am going to be buying Aakash a coffee.
