This is a very good plugin and one of the very first plugins you should install. There is a lot going on on the back end of your website. This plugin will reveal everything about your PHP, MySQL and more.

I highly recommend this plugin if you really want to know why your website is slow and what is causing issues on the back end and what settings might be missing in your server. Most important it is up to date and the developer does a great job helping in the forum.
