    Hi.

I’m using 2 scripts on my website: Google Analytics 4 and Microsfot Clarity. I’ve followed the guidelines to setup them. I’ve enabled the “Google consent mode” option too in the settings.

Microsoft Clarity Script works ok (blocked when the cookies are rejected, and enabled when the cookies are accepted).

But, with the same setups, the Google Analytics scripts are not working. Both scripts (official direct script) are always blocked by the plugin.

    Can you help me?

    Regards.

    Hello @tutumu ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have inspected the situation regarding the mentioned domain and were unable to reproduce the behavior you described. This issue may arise if the earlier Google Analytics (GA) service was not assigned from the Usercentrics admin to the correct category.

Currently, our tests show that the situation is consistent for both GA and Clarity scripts: all scripts load when consent is set to ‘Accept All,’ and they do not load if consent is set to ‘Denied.’

If you continue to experience issues in the future, please feel free to submit a ticket here with specific details, and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

    Hi.

How strange. It doesn’t work on my browser, but it does work fine on someone else’s computer…

    Ok, thanks.

    Regards.
