Hello again and Happy New Year.

I checked and the full-width options are working properly under normal circumstances. Can you export your slider and send it here? I need to check your settings to see what’s going on.

Hi,

Thank you for the follow-up.

I can see that your images are not set as the slide background. The slider is actually full-width and it covers the page without any white spaces. All you need to do is to set your images as the slide background.

Select your images and then right-click on the image and click “Set as slide background”.

That will resolve the problem.
