Forms are hanging

    (This is a separate issue to the other one I’ve just logged.)

    I’ve just been using this plugin for a few days, but today I tried to complete a form myself.

    I have been able to complete the forms and submit them on the website a few times (testing a different ongoing problem), but on the fifth or so attempt, the form has started to hang.

    I complete an email address, click Subscribe and then the Subscribe button just goes pale and I get a kind of counter/time type image that shows it is processing. This continues until I click off the page.

    I tried it on three different pages and got the same results. I used two email addresses, including one that had never been subscribed to my email list.

    Previously, the form would submit almost instantly.

    Please could someone help?

    Neil,

    We have security and rate limiting in place so people don’t spam our systems. Looks like you got flagged for spamming the system. It won’t affect your site visitors, only you.
