Fields not being sent

    We have a form that has required fields. The fields are being completed but when the email notification from that form to the intended contact, those completed-required fields are not being sent. Can you tell us why that might be?

    Hi @rvsg1,

    Just to be clear you meant the fields shows up as empty in the email? Could we know for which fields you notice the issue? or is it with all the required fields?

    Possible to provide us with a form export so that we could have a better idea? Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Pastebin, Dropbox, or any cloud service in the next reply.
