Featured Imaged

Hello

I’ve looked through the feed and I haven;t been able to find an answer. I’m new to the RSS scene but I’m looking at feeds such as https://www.talkingretail.com/feed/ and https://www.betterretailing.com/feed/

I’m currently working on a test site but despite choosing to show thumbnail image, each time the threads are pulled through there’s no featured image, regardless of what setting. I’ve include in the thread the actual ‘live’ site where I’d like the feeds to features (which would be in the trade news section)

This might sound like a real basic question but any help is hugely appreciated.
