Feature request: exclude on specific pages

    Hi there,

    Thanks for this handy plugin!

    I have more of a feature request than an immediate problem. I found that deferring JS breaks Gravity Forms, even when I enter the URLs for all of GF’s scripts into the exclusions. It would be great if I could simply exclude the Contact page (as this is the only one with a Gravity Form on it).
