Feature Request: Allow version selection even before installing

Hello Team

I was missing the feature to upgrade/downgrade the plugin in WordPress. I was planning to develop similar plugin but I was glad to know that this plugin already exists.

I am still missing one important feature in this plugin. The plugin has option to change the version after installing the plugin. But it does not have option to select the version even before installing the plugin. So, my suggestion is to add the option on Add plugin page itself, when user can select the version of plugin they want to install.
