    2. Were any changes made to your site shortly before the issue began (e.g., plugin updates, new plugins, theme changes, or custom code)?

    Additionally, could you please share the steps to reproduce the issue so we can try to replicate it on our end?

    Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    This is the first fatal error of its kind.

    I updated little while ago WooCommerce and Stripe.

    I think I haven’t done anything else related to this than adding a check mark to the Google for Woocommerce: Send Enhanced Conversions data to Google Ads.

    I have these Google plugins: Site Kit by Google and Google for WooCommerce.

    Thank you for getting back and for the clarification @tuomonurkkala,

    Can you let me know how often you experience this error, or if this is the first time?

    Also, did you recently install Site Kit by Google, or have both plugins been running together for a while? I ask because Site Kit by Google and Google for WooCommerce are known to sometimes conflict.

    It is my first time that I see this type of error. Maybe it has happened before, but I haven’t realized it.

    I am having some issues with icons and cookies on my site so that’s why I started investigating the problem.

    Both of these plugins have been running together for a while. I will check if this makes any difference if I deactivate this part: Send Enhanced Conversions data to Google Ads.

    Would one of these plugins be enough for google ads, tag manager & analytics?

    Thanks for the update, @tuomonurkkala. Yes, please go ahead and test by disabling the “Send Enhanced Conversions data to Google Ads” option. Based on your logs, the error is happening when that specific feature tries to load customer data at a moment when WooCommerce hasn’t initialized it yet. Turning the feature off will help us confirm whether it’s the cause.

    Regarding your question:

    Site Kit by Google alone is sufficient for Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic Ads tracking.
    You only need Google for WooCommerce if you are using the product feed sync for Merchant Center or Shopping Ads.

    Once you test with Enhanced Conversions disabled, let us know the result, which will tell us the next steps.
