Extra confirmation button for unsubscribe ?

I have an unsubscribe link in my email campaign and it regularly happens that people click this by accident. Partly that is my fault for placing it right next to another link (that’s been corrected now) but I wonder if and how an extra confirmation button could be added to the process. I can’t seem to find an answer to this anywhere. Thanks for any ideas.
