Exclude Current Post Doesnt Work if AQL is Inside a pattern

Hi Ryan,

I have encountered a strange issue with AQL. I created a synced pattern where I have a AQL which is in a Grid with 2 columns and total 4 posts. I have selected the Custom Post Type and then selected “exclude current post” but it fails and shows the current post as the first entry. However on a post type template, i added a AQL and below that added the pattern containing the AQL. If I add the AQL directly in the template, it works but if I create a pattern with AQL and put that pattern inside the template, it fails to implement the “exclude current post” options.
Please can you look into this.
