Excellent support, even before installing the plugin

I had a few questions on how to use this plugin before even downloading. The developer was very responsive and even created a detailed response to adding custom fields for a file upload. The plugin behaves very well, good feature set and not too resource hungry. Very pleased with this find and highly recommended.
