Essentials Plugin causes 500 error

    Essentials Plugin causes 500 error on https://short-term.missionnext.org and https://it-technology.missionnext.org when trying to edit these pages with Elementor. Other subsites work ok. Main Website is MissionNext.org. If I deactivate Essentials. I am able to edit these two pages. Reactivating causes the 500 error. My “wp-config.php” file has Mem Limit: (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’)

    Hope you are doing well.

    We are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with. Actually, this issue happens due to a website having low memory. We can see that your website’s memory limit is already increased to 1024M. Maybe your server isn’t allowing to increase the PHP Memory Limit despite it showing 1024M on your website. Can you please contact your hosting provider regarding this and tell them to increase the Memory Limit from their end? This usually happens if you are using Shared hosting.

    Would you kindly share an update regarding the issue? If you’re still getting this, It would be really helpful for us to check if you share your Site Health Info as well.
    Please go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Copy Site Info to Clipboard. Then paste it in **PasteBin** and share the link with us.

    Thank you for sharing the Site Health information. I have reviewed it carefully. Even though the memory limits are set quite high, memory usage can still fluctuate depending on how many dynamic elements and widgets are used, especially with complex Elementor layouts. This can sometimes result in unexpected 500 errors.

    To help us investigate further, could you please enable the WordPress debug log and try editing the page again? Please set WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to true, keep WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY disabled, and then share any errors from the debug.log file. This will help us identify what is triggering the issue.
