Hi @runat,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for any confusion regarding your form entries!
It is important to note that WPForms Lite does not natively store form submissions in your WordPress database. While you are using the Lite version, we recommend that you set up form notification emails to ensure all submission details are sent directly to your preferred email address.
Managing Your Entries in Lite
To help prevent data loss in the future, we offer an official feature called Lite Connect. When enabled, Lite Connect allows you to securely back up your entries while using the free version of our plugin. These entries can then be restored if you ever decide to upgrade to a paid license.
You can learn how to enable this here: How to Use Lite Connect for WPForms.
Regarding WPFormsDB
Please be aware that Database Addon For WPForms (WPFormsDB) is a third-party plugin and is not developed or maintained by the WPForms team. Because this is an external tool, we are unable to provide support for its functionality or troubleshoot why it may be missing data.
For assistance with that specific plugin, I recommend opening a topic in their official support forum: WPFormsDB Support Forum.
I hope this helps clarify things! And if you have any questions about WPForms Lite, please feel free to reach out.
Hi @runat ,
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
