error http 502

    I have been trying to set up the FB feed but I keep getting the following error when clicking on it in the cPanel:

    Hosting Server Read Timeout
    HTTP 502 — Unable to Connect to the Origin Server

    I assume I need to whitelist the plugin in my website’s firewall, but no IP address is listed anywhere that I can find

    Hi @epzv2y,

    If you have a firewall blocking the Instagram API connection, I would recommend adding the domains graph.facebook.com and api.instagram.com to your allow list. You can look up the IP addresses associated with those domains if needed.

    You can also check that your server settings have sufficient resources for time, memory and bandwidth.
