    Hello,
First, today’s theme update was performed. The update was successful, without messages.
Then the Blocksy Companion update led to this error.

    Thank you.

  • Hello @sip24

I apologise for this headache, it was indeed a miss from our end. But fear not, as we have released the 2.1.12 hot fix shortly after. Please install that, as that should clear up any issues with the previous update.

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Sorry, I did not mention that I received this error when installing the update to version 2.1.12. There were no errors with previous updates.

    Hello @sip24

Hm, that’s strange. Though, the developers have verified the update for the Free version and they haven’t been able to find any errors. They believe this was a temporary glitch from the update, especially since the website seems to be working OK now and you are already on the latest 2.1.12 version.

Is everything OK now, or are you still encountering the error somewhere?

    Thanks.

    Hi,
The error does not repeat. It does not appear on the site in any way. Does it make sense to roll back the version and try to repeat the update?

    Hi @sip24

Our developers have categorised this as a simple glitch that should not require anything else, especially since the error is not to be found anywhere on the site.

I would say that there is no additional action that needs to be taken here. If the error pops up again, please let us know and we’ll happily check things out.

    Thanks.
