error! after payment no return to start

Dear reader,
Since 2 months we have a problem. We use WePOS for our shop, when a customer buys we ad the product to the cart, but after payment the stock is correctly adjusted BUT the sceen does not go back to the start screen. Now we have to manually delete the amount and article wich is very annoying. How can we fix this? WordPress is up to date, also WePOS ofourse
So I do not get the screen: ‘sale completed’
