error 500 when trying access admin panel | WordPress.org

Hello, I created already a staging website, I had some trouble to login but in the end I reloaded the page and got there without login credentials. So, I now can see and navigate through all pages of the staging website but I can’t go to the admin panel and I can’t edit anything on the staging website. I just recieve a message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” Also, I receive 500 error. What can be the problem, where even to start looking for the solution?
