Suddenly getting page not found when going to the custom url. Disabled plugin, can login using wp-admin. Deleted and re-installed plugin, getting page not found again. v. 1.9.16.4

Using Avada theme. Plugins include Wordfence, Litespeed cache, Google Sitekit,

Hey sf,
I am having the same issue and opened this topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-using-avada-404-template-correctly-or-redirecting-to-404-page/

The problem appears to affect versions above and including 1.9.16. Saving permalinks again did not solve the issue.
