    Hey @solutionorange,

We are aware of an issue in Gravity Forms 2.9.7 that can prevent PDF Background Processing from working correctly. We’re currently liaising with the Gravity Forms team to get this fixed. As a temporary workaround you can navigate to Forms -> Settings -> PDF in your WordPress admin area, toggle off the Background Processing setting and save.
