Error 120

I have a site using this plugin. I got reports that it wasn’t allowing people to book, so I tried a test reservation. After submitting the reservation request on the frontend of the site, it gave an error message: “Error 120”.
What does that error indicate?

I have almost 1 week waiting for help with error 120, I have a lifetime membership and no response. I had an old version and updated everything and since then I get the 120 error, in the last 2 tickets I put: WordPress User, FTP User.
