    1. The version of the plugin: 1.14.0
    2. Your browser and operating system: Safari 18.3.1 on Mac 15.3.2
    3. Screenshots or videos: N/A
    4. Be as descriptive as possible of what your issue is:
I am receiving emails from my site that are not being logged. Most all emails are correctly being logged, but there are 2 messages in particular that used to get logged and now are no longer showing up. The last time they were logged was two weeks ago.

The first is a New User Email sent from the Studiocart plugin when a new user is created on WordPress. The second is a New Member Registration email from the Wishlist Member plugin when a user registers for a certain level in Wishlist Member. Since this is affecting two different plugins and two different kinds of emails, I don’t think this is a conflict with the plugin. In fact, Wishlist Member also sends an email to the site admin at the same time it sends the New Member Registration email, and that email is still getting correctly logged. I don’t know why the email to the admin is logged but the email to the user is not.

How can I fix this? Thanks!

Actually, I figured it out. Those 2 messages had emojis in them. Not sure why that prevented the emails from logging, but when I removed the emojis, the messages were logged again. I had updated those messages two weeks ago and added the emojis, which is what made me think of it since the timing matched when they stopped getting logged.

My issue is resolved, although, it would be nice to be able to include emojis and still have the messages logged.

    Hi @jimcoo,

Thank you for taking the time to provide additional details about the issue, and we’re glad to hear that you were able to resolve it.

We attempted to reproduce the issue on our end but we couldn’t. Our developers believe it’s possible that you may have experienced a conflict with a third-party plugin.

If possible, could you please provide the exact emojis that caused the issue? This will allow us to test it on our end and inform our developers about the problem.

    Thank you!
