    One of the main bottlenecks in the custom themes we build almost always eventually end up being the images uploaded by our clients.

    While we could limit the uploaded media size or even avoid for instance PNG’s altogether, many of our clients need more flexibility in their media library.

    With TheDock Media we can let our clients upload any image they want in the back-end and still get great compression on the front-end.

    Thanks Carl-Johan! Same story here, client uploads were always the thing that slowed down our themes too, and restricting formats never really worked in practice. Good to hear it’s doing the job for you. If you run into any edge cases with specific formats, just open a support thread.
