• I’m pretty comfortable with the WP-CRM System, however, after uploading all my organizations and contacts, when I edit a contact it changes to a duplicate, and I can’t edit any organizations.

    Any idea what’s going on? I’ve already tried deactivating some of the plugins etc.

    Hey @stefaniemcm,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You have the option to download a sample file with an import of contacts, organizations, etc.; the most likely cause is incorrect mapping of these organizations. WP-CRM System dashboard > Import
    Important: Please make sure your CSV file is in the correct format. If it is out of order, your fields will not be imported correctly.

    However, we have not yet encountered such a problem. We would be delighted to create a ticket in our system and investigate the matter. We would appreciate the inclusion of a brief video or image of the duplicated organizations, as this is the first report of its kind.

    Thank you, I just submitted a ticket with a video and screenshot of settings in the WP-CRM System dashboard.
