Dropdown menu user selected value not populating

Without any changes to the form template, my dropdown are no longer functioning correctly. They populate with the correct options, however when a user selects an option, it does not populate the menu with the selected option. The drop down just goes back to a blank entry.
I accessed the page via Safari on an iPhone and it works as expected however when accessing via my computer with both Chrome & Edge it does not work correctly..

Good to know that you figured that out. Some plugins tend to do funky stuff with form controls, especially the fancy looking page builders. I hope you can use a theme that doesn’t rely on the Colibri plugin or you can convince the authors to be less aggressive in the way they manipulate forms.
But most likely, the Colibri authors will recommend you to use their own builtin form controls instead of relying on third party plugins like CF7 and Conditional Fields.
