Does the query-string bypass still work?

Hi. Great plugin!

Is the query-string bypass still meant to be functional, or has it been removed?

We are a science center with a bunch of shared computers used by our staff (and visiting pupils in some situations). We want to use our landing page as the homepage for browsers on these computers. We would prefer not to have the cookie accept popup show up for these computers.

This means we need a way to opt-out without user interaction, or failing that a way to opt-in.
The query-string bypass (?cacsp_bypass=true) would be perfectly acceptable, but does nothing on our site. It is unclear to me if this is due to it being a deprecated tool or if we’ve set things up in a problematic way.

So, is it supposed to be working?
