    Thanks for your review! Our team is still working with Facebook to get the connection issues resolved, and Marcus will continue working with you on your support request in the meantime. He has replied again since your review, and will continue to work with you if needed. It appears you’re currently impacted by this issue, however, which does not yet have a fix. We will post in the forums when we have an update to provide.

    I just wanted to confirm: the issues you were experiencing should now be resolved. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We had a fairly widespread issue impacting a large number of users and the team at Facebook has worked with us to get it fixed.
