DIVI / WP Fastest cache

I have several questions:

1/ I have DIVI > once I see that Google fonts are loaded from my own server, should I disable “Use Google fonts” (and Google font subsets) in the DIVI settings?
1/ Bis > how do I know if all Google fonts are now loaded from my server (and not from Google)? In other words, at what point do I know the plugin has found all the fonts on my site?

2/ I have WP Fastest Cache > should I or can I enable (it’s currently enabled) the “Load Google fonts asynchronously” feature? Could this cause a problem with yours?

3/ Once all (or most) fonts are loaded on my server, can I deactivate the plugin (or even delete it): will the fonts remain loaded from my server or will the situation return to the original, i.e. the google fonts will be loaded from the google fonts servers?
