Display Thank You Note – Problem

    Hello,

    I’m writing to report a couple of issues I’ve found in Easy Appointments v3.12.14.

    1. “Display Thank You Note” is not translatable

    When the “Display Thank You Note” option is enabled (Settings > Form Style & Redirect > Display Thank You Note), the text is not translated and remains in English. I’ve checked the .po and .pot files, and the corresponding strings are not present.

    This is a significant problem when using a language other than English. The untranslated text is:
    “Thank You for Booking! Your appointment has been submitted and is currently pending approval. You will be notified once it is confirmed”

    1. Incorrect button layout

    The “Book New Appointment” (blue) and “Add to Google Calendar” (green) buttons are incorrectly displayed side-by-side on the same line.

    I’m using a two-column layout, and the right-hand button overflows the container. This makes the page look unprofessional and is not a viable solution, especially when the button text is translated into other languages with more characters. The buttons should be displayed one below the other (full-width) to ensure a clean and responsive layout.

    Could you please look into these issues and provide a fix?

    Hi @akshaycode1,

    Why do you respond to every question on this forum with a canned response asking for a video or screenshot? The worst thing is that you don’t even bother to write a real answer. All you do is copy/paste. If you don’t have time to answer now, answer when you can, or don’t answer at all.

    My question is completely simple, specific, and accurate. I provided the exact links and steps. There is no ambiguity in anything.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there is no option for a canned response. Regarding your concern “Display Thank You Note is not translatable”, we have checked this and raised a GitHub ticket for it. This issue will be addressed in an upcoming update.

    For your other concern “Incorrect button layout”, we have also included this in the same ticket. However, to better understand the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the layout you were using. This will help us get a clearer idea of the problem.

    Kindly provide the screenshot when possible.

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well. We have released an updated version 3.12.15 that addresses this concern. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version, clear the cache, and give it a try.
