I do click the “X” but it keeps popping up every single time I refresh the page. Please help me fix this! It’s quite a nuisance as it’s on everyone’s dashboard.
hi @vrsclaudia this is stranger, in all my test it work as expected. I think this should be a plugin/theme conflict – can you please send me info about your WP version, Elementor/Elementor pro version, my plugin version, also your theme name and version too. I will to debug this for you!

Hi @vrsclaudia i have built a fresh new Wp site using the info you provided (except the theme – due to it is a paid theme). And thing work as expected.
So i think this must be a theme or other plugin conflict (you can confirm this by temporary deactivate each plugin one by one) or temporary change the them to identify if the them or which plugin cause the conflict – then i can do further debug>
