    Hi,

There is no option to do this in the plugin unfortunately. You can disable automatic updates but this is very different from disabling a plugin before an update.

Did they say why you need to disable the plugin before an update – this is very unusual

These plug-ins are paid plug-ins, which are given away with the theme but do not come with a license. So when a new version comes out, you need to disable the plug-in and then upgrade it. However, after I disabled the plug-in that can be upgraded, there is no update option. What should I do?

    Hi,

Thats likely related to the licensing. With our Premium plugins, they need to be connected to a active licence to keep the premium features when users upgrade. In WordPress you can only update the plugins if they are active (you cannot do this when they are inactive). They only thing you can do is keep downloading a fresh copy of the plugin.
