THX – somehow found some very basic not useful email items, hidden under the lack of thin usability.
But still all other areas are empty and instead of theoretical text based doc on different webpages, sadly missing implemented examples, tooltipps or direct access to specific help by links … All your presentations are rushing through feature lists – hard to follow
Fluent CRM sounds good all in all, but there are major blocks under the hood, so we change to cloudbased solution, hit and run.

If they find it feasible, we’ll work with our developers to consider adding such improvements in future versions and in our guides.
