deleted items

Hi,

My client deleted a lot of events by accident (bulk deleting an entire page of events instead of 1 event), they are not in the trash. I do have a backup of the database of a while ago that has them, but I can’t just restore that one, because than he will be missing a lot of new stuff added after that backup.

I think it might be possible to export and import the deleted rows? But not sure how (am ok on the exporting part, but can’t find how to insert them)
And more importantly: do I need to do more tables than the wp_my_calendar table?
Probably the wp_my_calendar_events?

Any tips will be welcome!!
