    Currently, the plugin seems to check if Polylang or WPML are installed and if not automatically assumes “en” as language. It would be nice to be able to configure or filter that value or if the plugin could use the language from WordPress as a setting. I’ve got a lot of Austrian/German sites without Polylang/WPML and would like the alt texts to be generated in German.

    There’s a workaround by using the custom prompts field and telling the LLM to provide alt texts in German.

    We are currently evaluating to add more features and an enhanced UI. Let us know if there is anything special you’d love to see. We will figure out a way to add your recommendation and then ship a fresh new version.
