Is Customer Pro support down this weekend? I put in a technical ticket on Friday and haven’t received any updates on my ticket. I’ve tried to touch base by email Sat and Sun (today) to get a timeline so I can start the website update I had scheduled for this weekend.
I was able to generate one staging site with the free version. Upgraded to Pro and tried to generate a new one, and have been getting errors at various stages of the cloning process ever since. Spent the previous week going through the troubleshooting knowledge base. Worked with Bluehost on some of the known issues, like disk space. But I was still unable to generate a staging site. Would love a response or a refund if the plugin can’t be fixed.
