Custom Post Types in Dashboard Widget

    I am searching the codebase for a filter to include additional post types in the Dashboard widget progress bar for posts without a keyword.

    Is this possible?

    I think not from reading the code. It only includes the Post post type by default. Altering the WP_Query in the WPSEO_Statistics class does not provide a solution. Nor does filtering the “wpseo_accessible_post_types” array. Thanks for the help.

    Hi,

    We do not have any filters available to include post types into the Dashboard widget. We had a feature request to include more here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/8851 but it was closed in favor of an eventual redesign of the widget.

    While we are unable to say when, or if, we will include them in a redesign, we can that our newsletter is where we will announce product changes and updates.
