Custom Form Fields disabled

    Weird issue with the custom form fields.

    The custom fields appear to be disabled. I can’t delete them, the trash icon is disabled. When I move them, they return back to their original location. When I create a new field, and save changes, the field is not created.

    I deactivated the plugin, removed it. Added it back again, issue persists. Any ideas?

    To begin troubleshooting, please ensure you are using the latest version of our plugin (v2.3.6). Please clear your website cache and try adding the custom field again to see if the issue persists.

    If the problem continues, we suggest performing a theme and plugin conflict test:

    1.Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except ours.

    2.Switch your theme to a default WooCommerce theme (e.g., Storefront).

    3.Check if the custom field functions as expected.

    This process will help identify whether a conflict with another plugin or theme is affecting the functionality.

    I am also having this same issue with disabled fields. I’ve followed all your troubleshooting steps but still can’t remove or change these disabled fields. I am running the latest version of WordPress.
