    Hello,
    We bought the plugin a few days ago and have customised it to our needs, however, we need all the custom fields to be sent to us in an email for our records.
    Sadly we only see the fields themselves in the email and not the user based input.
    This is critical for us to have.
    Can someone please explain where we may have gone wrong?
    For example;

    <p>New registered member on {{site_name}}.</p>
    <p>Username:{{username}}</p>
    <p>E-mail:{{user_email}}</p>

    First Name:{{first_name}}

    Last Name:{{last_name}}

    Date Of Birth :{{custom_field_dob}}

    Doesn’t send.

    Also, is there a way we can drop the username and password. We need this for members to register with the site for hotel/club registrations and nothing more.
    A username and pass really isn’t necessary and would be amazing if we could drop that please.

    We have submitted a ticket but unsure if you’ve received it.
    Very many thanks!

    Thank you for any help

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for your purchase.

    From your explanation I understand that you are using the Admin Email Customizer module to customize the emails sent to the admin after registration and the data added by the user, in the Registration form, is not displayed inside the email notification. Is this correct?

    The username and password fields are mandatory fields and we can’t remove them from the form since the user wants to register on your domain. What you can do is to go to Profile Builder -> General Settings -> Allow Users to Log in With: Email. By doing this users will be able to register / login using only the Email address, but the password is still needed.

    Please send the support ticket again because we didn’t receive it and we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

    I will wait for your ticket and we will continue our conversation there.

    Best regards,

    Yes correct, the emails don’t send with input fields added.
