current not working with cusrev_all_reviews

    I used products=”current” to now avail. still showing shop and all product reviews. I double and triple checked the reviews showing and the correct tags.

    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” sort_by=”date” per_page=”10″
    number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_products=”false” categories=””
    product_tags=”” shop_reviews=”false”
    number_shop_reviews=”-1″ inactive_products=”false” show_replies=”false”

    add_review=”true”]

    Using [cusrev_reviews] works though. Only found out here in the forum as this shortcode is not listed on the shortcode page.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please add the attribute products="current" to the reviews shortcode and set shop_reviews="false" to remove shop reviews and show current product reviews. Notice the curly double quote ”, it should be the straight quote ".

    thanks. that works. must have been some copy/paste problems with some programs converting the quotes.

    I am using the add_review=”true” option but only purchasers of that product should be able to review. As an admin I do see the “add review” button though.

    Hi,

    You can go to Reviews > Settings > Review Forms tab > Review Permissions, to set up the permission to submit reviews.
